The Royal Military College Golf Club (RMCGC) was officially opened in October 1962 and is located within the beautiful heritage grounds of the Royal Military College at Duntroon, in the suburb of Campbell ACT. Situated centrally 5 minutes to the airport and the city.
The Club welcomes everyone and the atmosphere is relaxed.
Membership is open to the general public and the Club welcomes all visitors. There are graded 9 and 18 hole competitions. Short of time? Then play 9. Enjoy a social game or organise a corporate day.
There are a variety of membership packages and being a member allows unlimited access to the course at no charge unless joining a competition.
Visitors can access the course 7 days a week. Please ring the Club or see the Course Access Sheet to find available times.
The venue is ideal for corporate and social events. There is a bar and indoor seating for 60-80. The outdoor area also has seating and a large BBQ. Please ring the Club for more details and bookings.
Play golf and enjoy the best surroundings in Canberra. It is Canberra’s best kept secret and that means not too many people on the course.
The original course dates back to 1919, when a small number of military staff shaped out nine holes. The club maintains a strong affiliation (and reduced fees) with the members of Defence.
